Description

We are carrying out a comprehensive digital transformation with the aim of making greater use of the opportunities offered by digitalisation throughout its operations – from governance and management to technical development. As a consultant, you will play a central role in this change process by leading and coordinating projects within the transformation.

The assignment means that you are responsible for the implementation of the project, including planning, management of time and budget, reporting to the steering group and communication with relevant stakeholders both internally and externally. The projects are part of a larger whole and are conducted in a complex environment with many dependencies.

This is a consulting assignment at the Swedish Migration Agency.

Level of expertise

Level 4 – very high competence and long experience (approximately 9–12 years or more), with the ability to lead complex assignments and larger groups and work independently with high quality.

Requirements

• A CV in Swedish must be attached for the consultant for verification of requirements and level of competence.
• The consultant must have 5 years of work experience as a project manager in IT projects.
• The consultant should have 5 years of work experience in project management of projects managed according to an established project management model (Props, XLPM, Pejl, Prince2 or equivalent).
• The consultant should have 5 years of work experience in project management of projects in large organizations (more than 1000 employees).
• Experience of working in projects that are part of programs.
• Experience of projects that establish electricity develops information management
• The consultant should have 3 years of work experience in project management in the public sector.

Additional Requirements

• The consultant should have work experience of applying for co-financing for projects from EU funds (e.g. European Refugee Fund, European Border Fund or similar) in the last 3 years.

This assignment is suitable for you who are a senior project manager with experience in running complex IT projects in large organizations and who want to contribute to the development of a socially important business through digital transformation.
