HRIS & Data Analyst

Your role

  • In this role, you monitor, analyze, and optimize HR data from (multiple) systems and translate this into (existing) dashboards, reports, and strategic insights. 
  • HR knowledge would be beneficial, but you do not need to work substantively in the HR field. 
  • You are primarily responsible for collecting and compiling the right data. 
  • Using this data, you contribute directly to themes such as FTE development, HR KPIs, workforce planning, performance management & staff reviews, leave and absence management, and the annual payroll run and associated calculations.
  • In addition, you actively work on improving HR systems and digital processes and support the transition to a single integrated international HR platform (Workday), where data quality and consistency are central.

What are you going to do?

  • Monitoring, analyzing, and improving HR data quality and data consistency;
  • Developing and optimizing HR dashboards, KPI reports, and FTE reports (in collaboration with Business Control);
  • Translating targeted questions from the business and organization into data analyses, clear insights, and substantiated advice;
  • Supporting HR processes, but primarily providing the requested data;
  • Contribute to audits, compliance, and GDPR issues 
  • (Functional) Management and optimization of HR systems (YouServe to Workday implementation) 
  • Optionally contribute ideas/assist in the implementation of the transition from YouServe to Workday;

  • Ad hoc issues and analyses form an important part of your role, where you are able to switch gears quickly and maintain an overview.

Your profile

  • Higher professional education working and thinking level (Data Analytics, Business Control, or similar).
  • Experience in (HR) data analysis and reporting. 
  • Strong in Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, macros) is a must.
  • Experience with HR/IT systems and/or implementations. 
  • Knowledge of HR KPIs, FTE reporting, and workforce analytics is a plus.
  • Affinity with IT, data governance, and process optimization.
  • Good command of Dutch and English.

Duration: 10 months

Location: Gelderland area (There is an option for hybrid working, 2 to 3 days at the office).

Status: Contract/ZZP (32 hours/week)
