Your role
- In this role, you monitor, analyze, and optimize HR data from (multiple) systems and translate this into (existing) dashboards, reports, and strategic insights.
- HR knowledge would be beneficial, but you do not need to work substantively in the HR field.
- You are primarily responsible for collecting and compiling the right data.
- Using this data, you contribute directly to themes such as FTE development, HR KPIs, workforce planning, performance management & staff reviews, leave and absence management, and the annual payroll run and associated calculations.
- In addition, you actively work on improving HR systems and digital processes and support the transition to a single integrated international HR platform (Workday), where data quality and consistency are central.
What are you going to do?
- Monitoring, analyzing, and improving HR data quality and data consistency;
- Developing and optimizing HR dashboards, KPI reports, and FTE reports (in collaboration with Business Control);
- Translating targeted questions from the business and organization into data analyses, clear insights, and substantiated advice;
- Supporting HR processes, but primarily providing the requested data;
- Contribute to audits, compliance, and GDPR issues
- (Functional) Management and optimization of HR systems (YouServe to Workday implementation)
- Optionally contribute ideas/assist in the implementation of the transition from YouServe to Workday;

Your profile
- Higher professional education working and thinking level (Data Analytics, Business Control, or similar).
- Experience in (HR) data analysis and reporting.
- Strong in Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, macros) is a must.
- Experience with HR/IT systems and/or implementations.
- Knowledge of HR KPIs, FTE reporting, and workforce analytics is a plus.
- Affinity with IT, data governance, and process optimization.
- Good command of Dutch and English.

Location: Gelderland area (There is an option for hybrid working, 2 to 3 days at the office).
