Your tasks:
- In this position, you will be responsible for coordinating analytical project parts throughout the entire life cycle of active ingredient development/production
- You are the contact person, both for customers regarding these project parts (SPOC), and within the overall team; chemical development, production, RA, QA, SC, QC
- In this position, you will be a member of the core team of a customer program
- Your goal is to successfully move one or more customer programs from early phase to commercial production
- You are also able to act confidently in customer audits and unite the interests of both customers and internally
- You will continuously track the cost/time/resource budget according to the project plan and specifications and make strategic decisions to ensure success
- As a mid-management level manager, you take an active part in the development of the organizational unit and other departments with your colleagues and carry out preparatory work in the area of operational excellence as well as take an active role in implementation
- You will bring your specific and continually expanding specialist knowledge of project management to the organizational unit in consultation with all internal project managers and live these principles as a role model
- Your knowledge of the development of active pharmaceutical ingredients, regulatory requirements, customer communication and the applicable analytical principles enable you to take on a leading role
Your profile:
- You have successfully completed a scientific degree (e.g. chemistry, food chemistry, pharmacy, etc.)
- You have in-depth knowledge of various analytical methods (especially HPLC/UPLC, KF, GC and NMR)
- Project management and/or personnel management experience is mandatory
- You have at least 5 years of professional experience in the GMP environment
- You have a confident demeanor and healthy assertiveness
- You are a team player, have an entrepreneurial mindset and are solution-oriented
- Strong communication skills in German and English, both spoken and written, are also one of your strengths
- Ideally, you have taken part in further training courses in the areas of project management, leadership and business administration with interest
- You have a proven track record of successfully implemented customer projects as well as internal initiatives
