Deliverables:
- In this position, you are responsible for independently carrying out analyzes for structural raw materials, in-process controls, intermediate and end products in the GMP environment
- As part of order processing, you independently use various analytical methods, including HPLC, water determination according to Karl-Fischer, NMR, IR, GC
- You support PR&D with routine measurements as part of PAR studies (Proven Acceptable Range Studies).
- You support the analytical project managers in optimizing existing methods. in the development of new methods
- You will be responsible for carrying out, evaluating and documenting pre-validation tests as part of method development
- You will support the other QC&A departments (quality control, method validation, reference standard and stability unit) as required.
- In addition, you will support in the qualification, calibration and maintenance of analytical laboratory equipment
- Your area of activity is rounded off with the creation of quality-relevant documents (analysis regulations, SOPs, etc.)
Requirements:
- You have successfully completed an apprenticeship in chemistry laboratory, CTA or an equivalent qualification. An HFP degree is an advantage.
- You have already gained industrial experience in an analytical laboratory, ideally in a GMP environment
- You have in-depth knowledge of various analytical methods, in particular chromatography, water determination (KF) and NMR
- You are proactive, independent and take responsibility
- You are a responsible team player
- You are IT-savvy, have good knowledge of the MS Office Palette and are confident in using specialist software such as LIMS and CDS (e.g. Chromeleon and Tiamo)
- You have very good language skills in German and good written and spoken English skills
