Job content

• Production of tax reclaim for the Swiss headquarters and booking center
• Creation and review of claim forms, customer letters,
• Supporting documents and receipts in the Tax Reclaim applications
• Printing and merging of document packages
• Checking and sending of applications to tax offices, foreign tax authorities and depositories
• Participation in the procurement and processing of tax vouchers
• Participation in setting up and maintaining new Tax Relief at source clients

Requirements

• Bank apprenticeship or equivalent training would be an advantage
• A minimum of 3 years of tax reclaim experience
• Knowledge of securities and operational transactions of an international bank
• IT affinity and good MS Office user skills
• EasyTax user knowledge is an advantage
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills, other languages are an advantage
