The Head Management Office (who will soon be confirmed) will support the CEO and CFO by taking over operational responsibility of strategic projects as well as handling day-to-day items.
Duties include planning, coordination, attending Executive Committee and other Committee meetings and workshops, taking minutes, leading and implementing various strategic projects and planning processes across the firm. He/She coordinates, analyzes and provides the senior leadership members with relevant information, reports and data in order to ensure the preparation of the respective meetings, workshops and presentations.
Committees/meetings/workshops:
- Planning and coordinating of Executive Committee (EC) and other relevant committee meetings;
- Support planning and preparation of CFO/CEO relevant content for recurring corporate events: staff meetings, strategy workshops, Partner/Principal workshops etc.;
- Lead content creation / data gathering for CEO/CFO led agenda items which feed into EC, Board of Directors meetings, strategy workshops and other meetings;
- Ensure communication and follow-up with respective agenda item leads to drive the execution of decisions and completion of deliverables while ensuring feedback to decision making bodies.
Management Support:
- Analyze data to produce management reports, presentations and related documents (e.g. CEO report);
- Prepare materials and key messages for business meetings;
- Facilitate workshops and offsites at department level;
- Support department heads on corporate matters (e.g. Finance, Legal etc.);
- Identify and develop solutions to optimize business management processes.
Strategic/Corporate projects:
- Coordination and/or supporting M&A, team onboarding, JV and other corporate or business line projects;
- Support in preparation and implementation of strategic and operational business plans across the firm and asset classes;
- Conduct research/analysis for various projects and/or business lines (e.g. competitor analysis).
Requirements
Education & Experience:
- Degree in business administration, or related field such as finance or economics;
- 5 - 10 years of relevant experience in a business management role in the financial industry, preferably management consulting;
- Experience in planning and leading strategic initiatives and business projects with international span.

- Strong project management and organizational skills with a track record to drive, coordinate and implement global initiatives involving multiple work streams and/or stakeholders;
- Analytical and end-to-end thinking, detail-oriented and able to prioritize and adapt to changing requirements while working with a fast-paced team;
- Strong problem-solving skills, interact with a wide range of individuals effectively and able to complete tasks efficiently;
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Team-focused and proven interpersonal and intercultural skills with the ability to interact with staff members and stakeholders across different business lines and on different levels;
- Very versatile, hands-on and pragmatic and able to work under pressure.
