Manage a challenging, broad role in a dynamic and fast-paced environment for multiple entities and spent categories. Develop and grow into a role as sourcing manager over medium term.

Your responsibilities include:

• Provide team and key stakeholders support in the sourcing lifecycle - including daily sourcing, RFI, RFP, RFQ, research, vendor & solution evaluation, on-boarding, contract and supplier management;
• Support implementation of the category strategies and roll-out of procurement systems & processes globally;
• Prepare reports and presentations for decision makers, tracking, reporting and controlling of our procurement activities and projects;
• Contribute further to a positive and motivating work environment.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or Apprenticeship in banking, in progress or ambition for advanced higher education in procurement / supply chain management;
• 3-5 years of relevant work experience in procurement, preferably indirect spent, financial sector;
• Interest in and strong affinity with technology, processes, project & change management;
• Strong analytical skills with focus on details and high degree of quality;
• Ability to work accurately under pressure;
• Self-motivated and pro-active team player with independent working style;
• Very good language skills in German, English.

Location: Freienbach area (Approx. 35 minutes from Central Zurich)
