Job content
- Support of several relationship managers in all matters of customer advice and support:
- Completion of all administrative work in connection with the customer care of external asset managers
- Independent processing of customer orders such as stock exchange and foreign exchange transactions, opening of accounts/securities accounts as well as offsetting and changes
- Preparation and follow-up of customer visits and acquisition discussions
- Answer general customer inquiries by email and phone
- Representation of other assistants
Requirements
- Commercial (bank) training
- Several years of experience in the same function
- Knowledge of private banking products and services
- Interest in the financial markets and in current world events
- Enjoys engaging with customers and impeccable manners
- High degree of independence and proactivity
- Balanced personality with a positive attitude to life
- Good organizational skills, exact working methods, team players
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Stylish German and very good knowledge of Hebrew and English, both spoken and written
