Are you a qualified accountant with Big 4 experience and an interest in gaming? Join us as a Senior Financial Analyst on our Investment & Optimisation team. You'll collaborate with game teams, provide financial insight, support planning, and guide investment decisions.

Your Role

• Reporting to the Associate Director, you'll deliver financial planning, reporting, and analysis:
• Act as a business partner, ensuring data integrity and offering clear financial recommendations.
• Support decision-making, attend stakeholder meetings, and work with Accenture/FinOps on processes.
• Manage L1 reporting, OpEx, CapEx, headcount planning, monthly reconciliations, and cost centre reports.
• Identify risks/opportunities, escalate issues, and approve finance requests.
• Contribute to quarterly and annual forecasts, validate data, and analyse variances.
• Develop dashboards, explore AI solutions, and perform ad hoc analyses for strategic decisions.
• Collaborate across Finance, Accenture, and cross-functional teams.

Skills

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification; Big 4 training preferred
• FP&A or commercial finance experience
• Strong Excel skills; Power BI, Looker, Tableau a plus
• Effective communicator and presenter
• Analytical, detail-oriented, proactive, and organised
• Planning tool experience (e.g., Oracle EPM) is a bonus
• Curious, ambitious, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment
