About the assignment
We are currently launching an organization-wide implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM). This isn't just an IT project; it's a strategic shift that will impact our entire organization, from technology and processes to attitudes, behaviors, and collaboration. We want to structurally strengthen our collaboration, communication, and relationship management practices.
That's why we're looking for an experienced and strong change consultant who combines CRM expertise with a keen understanding of the human side of change.
You'll be part of the implementation team and work closely with the project manager, who oversees the process. Within that team, you'll be the driving force behind the change: you'll create momentum, connect people, and ensure the organization moves confidently in the same direction.
Your role
The change management consultant will temporarily fulfill an independent advisory role within the project team. You will guide the organization-wide process surrounding the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the associated new way of working.
You connect technology, processes, and people, ensuring that academies, services, and management understand why this step is necessary and how they can grow within it. You make change something people want to do, not something they have to.
What results do you deliver:
- Creates support and energy around the implementation of Dynamics 365 and delivers a supported change strategy (including analysis, approach, interventions and communication line) that is formally established by management and project team before the start of the implementation phase.
- Strengthens the CRM mindset in attitude, behavior and collaboration by developing joint CRM principles and working methods and achieving measurable adoption after go-live: 75% actively apply the basic processes within 6 months.
- Identifies and identifies friction and translates this into targeted actions, the progress of which is monitored in quarterly reports, including risk analysis and action plans that demonstrably lead to a reduction or resolution of the identified issues.
- Brings people together, from project team to end user, and ensures an organization-wide communication and engagement approach with concrete deliverables.
- Maintains a strong position in discussions with directors and management and knows how to generate support with conviction, tact and courage, whereby at least 80% of academies and services indicate that they understand the need for and direction of the change (baseline measurement + progress measurement).
- Builds a sustainable CRM culture and helps set up a permanent 'CRM office', where the added value must be clear to stakeholders.
Communicates clearly and motivatingly to keep everyone engaged and facilitates a smooth transition after each go-live: collaborates with the project team, trainers, and users on the adoption of Dynamics 365, aiming for at least 80% of users to be able to work independently within three months, subject to training, guidance, and process assurance. Furthermore, two months after onboarding, at least 70% of users give a satisfaction score of 4 or higher (on a 5-point scale) when asked whether CRM supports them in their daily work.
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience with change management in complex organizations.
- Experience with digital transformations and CRM implementations.
- Strong communication and connecting skills – you really know how to get people on board.
- Insight into organizational culture, group dynamics and change psychology.
- A proactive, enthusiastic attitude – you keep the momentum and energy in the process
- A natural mix of sensitivity and decisiveness: you sense what is going on and act with conviction.
