As a driver you will essentially be the customer facing part of our business and will play an important role in delivering exceptional customer service and representing our company's core values.

Duties:

• Safely transport materials to designated locations following assigned routes
• Planning delivery routes
• Overseeing and supervising loading, and ensure proper securing and strapping of loads to prevent shifting or damage during transit
• Performing pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and report any maintenance issues
• Maintaining accurate records of deliveries, mileage, fuel usage, and other required documentation
• Adhering to all traffic laws and regulations while operating the vehicle
• Communicating effectively with dispatchers, customers, and team members

Required:

• A valid LGV CAT C or Class 2 license with appropriate endorsements or equivalent
• Ideally 2 - 10 years of experience, be over 25 years of age, and no more than 6 points on licence
• Knowledge of safe driving practices and traffic laws
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
• Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and customers
