A leading investment management Group in Insurance-linked Strategies. To complement this business unit, we are now looking for a team assistant to support our dynamic team onsite for four days a week. You would work in our Zurich-based office in the heart of the city; in addition, you will be supporting our assistant at our HQ just outside of Zurich in a job sharing model. Hence, regular office presence would be expected.
Role
- Maintaining the meeting schedules of the partner group (organize meetings, prioritize meeting requests, prepare documents for the meetings, write meeting minutes for internal meetings);
- Management of our group mailbox and maintenance of our business contact data base;
- Maintaining standard sales presentations/materials (MS Office suite);
- Servicing for onsite counterparty/client meetings (set up meeting room with beverages/coffee, welcome clients, etc.);
- Full responsibility for office management, including expense and invoice management as well as phone coverage of our partner group and team;
- Organization and planning of business trips, including booking of flights, hotels, transfers, arranging visas, etc.;
- Arranging and supporting the organization of team events, off-site meetings, workshops, etc.;
- Additional support in project-related work (ad-hoc).
Requirements
- Commercial apprenticeship, preferably in the reinsurance, asset management or banking sector;
- A minimum of 2-5 years relevant working experience in a similar role in the insurance, asset management and/or banking environment;
- Proficient English and ideally German language skills;
- Solid IT skills in MS Office (Power Point, Excel, Word, Outlook);
- A passion and interest for insurance and asset management;
- Strong organizational skills and ability to adapt to shifting priorities;
- Confidence to work independently combined with a proactive and goal-oriented way of way working.
Location: Nearby Zurich area, Switzerland (Approx. 35 minutes from Zurich)
Capacity: Part-time, Employment (60-80%)
