Our Investment Operations team is growing and we’re looking for an Investment Operations Specialist, who is highly motivated, client focused and with a strong team spirit. We work closely with Legal, Tax and Investment teams, as well as external counterparties, ensuring an efficient and high quality handling of queries from our internal and external stakeholders.

• You will receive queries from internal and external sources and you’re responsible to ensure timely and accurate responses are delivered;
• You are supporting the ongoing life-cycle of investments by managing queries, from General Partners, administrators, external legal counsels, (e.g. requests to refresh tax documents, KYC, investment maintenance such as LPA amendments, fund term extensions etc.);
• You are responsible for the co-ordinating signatures on various legal documents across the wider Private Markets Operations team, including obtaining the necessary internal approvals (legal, investment, finance teams);
• You will work on and resolve complex KYC requests relating to our investing entities as received from General Partners / Administrators, as well as supporting external Administrators on their KYC requirements;
• You will also support workflow optimization in fund operations;
• You will be involved in various ongoing and upcoming projects, taking ownership and responsibility where directly impacting this role.

Requirements

• You have a “KV” degree;
• You are fluent in English (written and spoken), German skills are beneficial;
• In your past experience MS Office was the toolset you’ve been using on a daily basis;
• Additionally you could prove your ability to co-ordinate and prioritise across a wide variety of tasks;
• You are used to working towards challenging deadlines while maintaining a high degree of quality;
• You have an efficient and precise working style with focus on details;
• You have a keen interest in Private Equity and have experience with KYC;
• An open and clear communication style, and an ability to effectively manage internal and external stakeholders are your particular strengths.
