We are looking for a motivated Business Analyst to join our rapidly-growing Data, Processes & Systems team. The team consists of  Business Analysts, Business Architects and Project Managers working in our Private Markets Operations department. We focus on the execution of strategic initiatives, introduction of new tools and platforms and designs of new scalable solutions to serve our clients’ needs:

• You are an active part in a major, multi-year business and technology transformation to replace, upgrade existing as well as introduce new core private markets applications;
• You design and jointly re-engineer key business processes with different stakeholders on business and IT side;
• You conduct requirement analysis and detailed gap assessments on a wide range of topics across the company;
• You write test cases, organize and perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT);
• You support in project management activities, such as organizing workshops with SMEs, overseeing IT delivery, preparing status reports and resource & work planning;
• You define and present conceptual approaches (orally and in writing), prepare solution options and required decisions, and document results;
• You work closely with IT counterparts to bridge between business and technology teams;
• You train business users on rolled-out tools, push for adoption, and support the entire change management process.

Requirements

• You have a university degree or equivalent in Business Economics, Business Informatics or Information Technology;
• You already bring in first working experience in business analysis in a financial services company or with a leading consulting firm in a similar hands-on role, at the interface between Business and IT;
• You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand business and technical functions as well as process information quickly;
• You are motivated to work on your own initiative and in collaboration with various stakeholders. You have the ability to deliver on time with a high level of integrity;
• You feel comfortable in constructively challenging the status quo and looking for new ways to improve processes and results;
• Working collaboratively at various levels of the organization and act as a team player is part of your work ethics;
• You have excellent communication and presentation skills in written and verbal English, German is a plus.
