How you can make an impact
- Work on challenging ServiceNow projects, either within a larger team or as an advisor on smaller engagements
- Support clients through complex Enterprise Service Management transformations and ServiceNow implementations
- Work across several industries including our primary focus areas of Life Sciences, Financial Services, Consumer Products and Public Sector
- Work in international teams with very professional and like-minded colleagues, and engage in and manage business development activities, marketing initiatives and practice development activities
- Develop and broaden your network by working together with other parts of the company or other member firms outside of Switzerland
Requirements
- You have 4 or more years of experience leading ServiceNow implementations (ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, SAM, Sec Ops, IRM or associated modules) of major business & system transformation efforts
- You have experience in agile delivery methodology - SCRUM, etc.
- You are capable at developing / reviewing and maintaining a comprehensive implementation plan for a ServiceNow implementation
- You have experience in managing design and development teams through full delivery lifecycle, including managing project financials
- You have experience in presenting progress updates and providing details of risks and issues to senior stakeholder
- You have experience in managing and resolving typical technical and delivery issues on ServiceNow delivery projects in collaboration with client stakeholders
- You have experience in working with near-shore and off-shore deliver teams
- You have a strong understanding of ServiceNow applications and modules, understanding the business context and how to translate business and functional requirements into a sustainable ServiceNow implementation
- You have strong technical project management and/or leadership skills
- You are a certified ServiceNow System Administrator
- You are a confident communicator in English and German
