Job content

• Drafting of ‘point of sale’ contracts, in particular advisory and discretionary management agreements.
• Provide ad-hoc, efficient and client-oriented support in the area of investment advice, discretionary management, wealth planning and (cross-border) distribution of financial instruments.
• Translation of complex and sophisticated regulatory requirements into simple business rules
• Cooperation in a wide variety of projects within the bank (including e. g. sustainable finance regulation, MiFID II or FinSA)
• Active collaboration and support of the agile teams.

Requirements

• Law degree (Master’s degree or equivalent). Admission to the bar and other qualifications such as an LL.M. are an asset.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience of working in a Swiss or international business law firm or a financial service provider.
• Profound understanding of Swiss banking and contract law as well as the Swiss regulatory landscape.
• Sharp analytical skills, allowing you to translate complex legal matters into easy-to-follow concepts.
• A proactive and solution-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and as a team-player in groups.
• Ability to perform under pressure and efficiently handle different competing tasks and priorities.
• Good communication skills and a natural capacity to convincingly share ideas.
• Excellent command of English and German. Command of other languages is an asset.
