Receptionist

Job content

  • Reception of customers, visitors and suppliers;
  • Providing a friendly and competent greeting service;
  • Ensuring the security of the entrance area;
  • Registering visitors and support during their stay;
  • Issuing and managing visitor badges;
  • Handling daily incoming and outgoing letter and courier mail;
  • Arranging courier and cab services;
  • Answering, screening and forwarding incoming phone calls;
  • Coordinating meeting room reservations and daily check of meeting rooms;
  • Accompanying clients to conference floor;
  • Various administrative tasks such as ordering business cards, maintaining the in-house pharmacy, organizing reception decorations, etc.

Requirements

  • Basic commercial training (KV or commercial school);
  • 5+ years of professional experience in a similar function;
  • Excellent knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken, other languages are an advantage;
  • Very good MS Office computer skills;
  • Independent and friendly personality;
  • Efficient, accurate and reliable way of working, high resilience, customer orientation, discretion and flexibility;
  • Confident appearance, well-groomed appearance and excellent manners.

Location: Freienbach area, Switzerland (Approx. 35 minutes from Zurich)
