In this position, you will lead the solution delivery team responsible for identity and access management (IAM) capability within the firm. All topic related to identity and access management such as the design, development and maintenance will be anchored by this role (following you build it, you run it model).

Your contribution 

• Establish the product team and assume responsibilities as Product Owner, in charge of delivery for all IAM related services, systems and integration of technical infrastructure (to be provided by underlying platform) – potentially working with vendor partners to deliver the capability
• Assessment and review of existing IAM solutions
• Development of a standardized and future-oriented IAM architecture fulfilling the needs for our cloud strategy
• Provide delivery leadership to the value streams for this capability, following prevalent practices of lean, agile and DevOps disciplines
• Actively lead and manage IAM Authentication and Authorization product to ensure on time delivery, budget and quality goals are met

Requirements

• Good proficiency and domain knowledge of IAM area such as single sign-on, policy-based authorization, identity federation, and auditing of access to Web applications and portals
• Relevant experience with user provisioning and management, ID life cycle management, role and access management, identify governance and compliance
• Good ecosystem knowledge in IAM product space.
• Identity Management/SSO products and various technologies around Identity Management, such as SAML, OAuth, Open ID
• Excellent communication skills in English, including the ability to effectively translate and present technology solutions in business or management terms.
• Learning mindset and ability to learn and adapt in emerging situations.
• Ability to apply relevant practices from disciplines such as agile, DevOps, lean, SRE, Chaos Engineering etc. to deliver maximum value
• Engineering mindset with capability to roll-up the sleeves if needed.
