Job Description
As a Project Team Assistant in our Private Markets Operations Team you will work on different, complex projects.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Coordinate project team members to keep projects and tasks on track;
- Maintain project RAID logs and follow-up with the project team on open items;
- Plan and schedule project workshops and meetings;
- Support with the production and filing of project-related correspondence and documentation;
- Assist with the documentation of business requirements and process improvements;
- Facilitate the interaction of the project leads between Business and IT.
Requirements
- 1-2 years working experience as a Project Team assistant, ideally in the financial services/asset management industry or in a leading consulting firm in a delivery role with focus on the financial services sector;
- Documentation management and ability to use project management tools;
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills;
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines;
- Great attention to detail;
- Self-motivated and ability to work independently, yet a teamplayer; good interpersonal skills;
- Keen and interested to deep dive in Private Markets operations;
- Demonstrated affinity for data and information technology;
- University degree or equivalent in business administration or information systems is a plus;
- Strong communication skills (orally and written) in English, German is a plus.
