You have a good sense of customer acquisition. You gain and nurture your customers from security and operational networks, advise them with your technical know-how and offer you tailor-made solutions.

What you will do

As an account manager you make sure that the radio networks of our customers function smoothly. Mainly in central and eastern Switzerland, you build new customer relationships and maintain existing ones. In doing so, you supervise and advise your customer base in a comprehensive and well-founded manner, and satisfy them with the overall result. You recognize needs, show customer benefits and lend needs-based customer solutions. You are sure to negotiate with your tech-savvy counterpart. You also maintain relationships with our stakeholders, such as national regulators and suppliers.

For larger projects and tenders, you as the BID Manager are responsible for creating the quotation, determining the costs and the technical presentation to the customer. You lead your BID team in multiple fields and strive for excellence. In addition, you recognize the needs of the management and can present your results and applications to suit the target group.

Requirements

• Degree (university / FH) or equivalent practical knowledge in the radio network industry
• Several years of professional experience in operation and safety radio networks (TETRA / DMR) and LTE networks
• Very good knowledge and experience in account management and acquisition
• Comprehensive understanding and experience in answering public tenders of e.g. Confederation, cantons and municipalities in the field of public procurement
• Excellent technical and business know-how
• Safe acting, sales flair and able to simplify complex topics
• Solution and customer-oriented thinking
• Very good German and good French spoken and written, English of advantage
