Corporate Actions & Securities Specialist

Responsible for processing of Mandatory and Voluntary Corporate Action events spanning global markets and all products covering Singapore and Hong Kong booking centres

Role

After an introductory phase of getting to know the securities processing processes in the corporate actions environment, you will actively support the day-to-day business and be responsible for the administrative actions from start to finish:

  • Information management
  • Dossier opening
  • Creation of customer letters in 4 languages ​​(D, E, F, I)
  • Processing of customer instructions
  • Transmission of instructions to the depositories
  • Posting of transactions in the banking systems
  • Processing/answering internal and external inquiries
  • Processing of money and title differences

Requirements

For this exciting and varied role, we are looking for a colleague who has the following qualifications:

  •  Bank apprenticeship or basic commercial training with banking experience
  • Several years of knowledge of securities in securities processing
  • Ability to work in a team, collegiality and reliability
  • Independence, accuracy, resilience and flexibility
  • Enjoys professional and technical details
  • With your high degree of self-interest and sense of responsibility, you can work successfully in a team and process business cases efficiently and purposefully and support changes
  • You have very good oral and written German and English skills
