EAM Assistant - Israel Market

Job content

  • Support of several relationship managers in all matters of customer advice and support:
  • Completion of all administrative work in connection with the customer care of external asset managers
  • Independent processing of customer orders such as stock exchange and foreign exchange transactions, opening of accounts/securities accounts as well as offsetting and changes
  • Preparation and follow-up of customer visits and acquisition discussions
  • Answer general customer inquiries by email and phone
  • Representation of other assistants

Requirements

  • Commercial (bank) training
  • Several years of experience in the same function
  • Knowledge of private banking products and services
  • Interest in the financial markets and in current world events
  • Enjoys engaging with customers and impeccable manners
  • High degree of independence and proactivity
  • Balanced personality with a positive attitude to life
  • Good organizational skills, exact working methods, team players
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Stylish German and very good knowledge of Hebrew and English, both spoken and written
