Job content
- Participate in and drive various strategic pricing & revenue initiatives of the bank in close collaboration with team members and key stakeholders (Front Regions, Product/Sales Units, Finance, Group Academy etc.)
- Prepare qualitative and quantitative analyses on pricing & profitability related topics to evaluate situation/potential and cause for action (e.g. business cases, impact controlling)
- Develop presentations for senior management and education material for stakeholder
- Coordinate rollout and implementation of key initiatives with stakeholders across the Bank including project planning/tracking, education, stakeholder management, impact monitoring etc.
- Perform education and trainings of various sizes (1:1, team, large audience) and methods (e.g. live, virtual)
- Independently analyse and develop solutions for strategic pricing & ad-hoc tasks and implement adequate measures taking into consideration competitive knowledge
- Provide professional support and increase brand awareness of competence center ‘Global Pricing & Revenue Development’
Requirements
- Strong university degree in business administration, economics, engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 2-4 years of professional experience in management consulting or the financial services industry preferably in the areas of pricing/profitability management
- Strong analytical, conceptual and problem solving skills
- Excellent slide writing skills
- High affinity to work with numbers
- Fluent usage of Excel, Word and excellent usage of Power Point
- Team player as well as independent working style
- Strong drive, motivation and proactivity as well as ability to work under pressure
- Reliable and precise in terms of quality and deadlines
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Strong project organisation skills
- Fluent in German and English (oral & written), French or Italian is an asset
