Role:

• Manage projects and act as the main contact for healthcare and public sector clients.
• Enhance our consulting services in financial management, organisational development, performance improvement, strategic transformation, and digitalisation.
• Lead project teams, oversee all aspects, and train staff.
• Develop client relationships and expand your professional network.

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• 6-7 years of experience, with at least 5 years in healthcare consulting/public administration.
• Experience acquiring consulting mandates and presenting proposals.
• Strong knowledge of the Swiss healthcare system and industry trends.
• Team player who enjoys working with a dynamic team.
• Fluent in German and English; French is a plus.
