About the assignment
We are actively professionalizing our data portfolio. We develop reports, prepare AI initiatives, and manage existing data products. To strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced Product Owner for a period of 13 months to bridge the gap between business and data and ensure the successful delivery of our data products.
You'll work closely with stakeholders from HR, IT & Data, and Finance (including CSRD reporting). You'll ensure the team delivers on schedule, that the backlog is properly managed, and that stakeholders are kept informed of progress in a timely manner.
Your responsibilities
- Collecting and translating requirements into clear backlog items.
- Planning and managing the product backlog in Jira.
- Organizing reviews and stakeholder updates.
- Managing dependencies between teams.
- Refinement of epics and embedding in the working method.
- Monitor the use of data products and initiate improvement actions.
- Establishing Confluence as a central source of knowledge.
What you will be working on
- One uniform working method and one Jira board for all domains.
- Monitoring and follow-up of data product usage.
- Organize review for IT & Data stakeholders.
- Make epic refinement a structural part of the working method.
- Complete Confluence setup for data products.
Reporting & delivery
You will work within DnA GET and report to the DnA GET Data Lead. Deliverables will be handed over to the support team and must be demonstrably "Done" according to the roadmap and quarterly schedule.
Who are we looking for?
An independent and experienced Product Owner with:
- Experience in data-driven environments.
- Knowledge of Jira, Confluence and agile/scrum methods.
- Strong communication skills and stakeholder management.
- Affinity with HR, IT & Data and Finance domains.
