Your role:

We are seeking an experienced UX Designer with a foundational understanding of IT security. You will be instrumental in overhauling our current Global Management System from a user experience perspective, transforming it into a state-of-the-art, cloud-based solution.

In this assignment the candidate will:

• Collaborate across Business Areas, Group Functions and IT departments and solution suppliers to enhance the user experience.
• Conduct interviews with key stakeholders and operations representatives to gather insights and requirements.
• Assess current solution and explore the possibilities offered by the latest platform version
• Design and define UX solutions that engage business operations and streamline daily workflows.
• Engage with ongoing cyber security initiative to ensure compliance with initiative needs

Your profile:

You are a seasoned UX Designer who enjoys working closely with system users and stakeholders. You excel at gathering requirements independently and developing comprehensive solutions. You thrive in cross-functional environments and have a strong passion for understanding diverse needs to create effective solutions. A self-driven team player, you have the ability to work autonomously and dive deep into operational workflows to ensure they are accessible through the system.

Requirements (skills):

• Strong leadership experience to independently drive the project
• Strong teamwork abilities, self-motivated, with a commitment to delivering impactful results
• Proven experience in UX strategy and design
• Basic understanding of IT-security principles
• 3-8 years relevant experience

Desired Requirements

• Knowledge of working according to agile principles
• Experience from software development
• Strong Communication and Stakeholder skills

100% on-site at the customer’s premises. Opportunity for an extension of the assignment.

This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
