You will join our DBT team and be responsible for the solution architecture design, implementation and operational qualities for our T&L technologies, as well as leading our move to cloud as technical subject matter expert.

The Role

• Analysis of today's systems/processes of our business and conduct assessments regarding the feasibility of hybrid cloud-centric automation and analytics solutions
• Drive IT and business architecture activities as well as the implementation and delivery of complex business and IT transformation, leveraging best-practice patterns and technology solutions
• Applying best-practice technologies and approaches for both strategic change and backlog implementation work
• Support the continual improvement of technology value streams internally, with the goal of being viewed as partner of choice by our business counterparts

Requirements

• Bachelor or master's degree in computer science or similar
• At least 5+ years' experience in IT Architecture leadership roles with strong focus on data, machine learning, integration, business process digitization and operational qualities
• Experience in designing and implementing modern architectures and enterprise integration solutions using domain driven design, APIs, workflows and microservices styles in context of a platform centric ecosystem and SaaS solutions
• Experience in Agile, Lean and DevOps based delivery models. Ability to adopt Product oriented mindset in context of regulated enterprise context
• Ability to communicate with business and technical stakeholders on all seniority levels
• Distinct leadership capabilities with analytical and problem-solving competences
• Self-motivating and self-guiding personality
• Experience (and pref. expertise) in cloud technology ecosystem, preferably MS Azure
• Knowledge and experience in Tax and Legal or relevant business domain is considered a plus
• Driven and passionate about delivering business value outcomes
• Fluent in English, German would be a plus
