Requirements
- You have at least a Bachelor university degree (Business Administration, Information Technology, Business Informatics, Human Resource Management or equivalent).
- You have min. 5-8 years of work experience in the field of HRIS/HRT consulting incl. relevant project management experience in Workday implementation projects.
- You have a valid certification in Workday HCM, further certifications in other Workday modules are a great advantage.
- You are strong in analytical thinking but also have a creative mind to develop innovative solutions for our clients and are familiar with technological working practices.
- You are fluent in German (communication and facilitation skills) and English.
