As part of our HR Transformation Consulting team, you will form part of the acquisition and management of projects, from analysis to planning, conception and implementation. You will collaborate with our clients from day one to drive productivity, value, and impact by unlocking human potential and creating an organization that is resilient to risk, fit for the future and grounded in meaning for workers. As exponential technologies, new business models and regulation reshape the way people work, learn, collaborate, and lead, you will work with clients to ensure that their people strategy enables the business strategy. You contribute by applying expert knowledge and experience, and by executing deliverables independently and with quality. We work together with a variety of partners, therefore you will spend most of your time leading multidisciplinary teams at the client and will be an essential first point of contact.

In this role you will:

  • Develop advanced knowledge and/or take ownership of the sales process, resulting in the expansion of our position and strength in the market
  • Develop and implement HR and talent strategies, processes, organisational design models, and driving HR innovation solutions while delivering a value-adding customer experience to our clients
  • Advise our clients in complex HR transformation programs, HR operating model and service delivery projects while considering strategic and operational implications
  • Provide HR domain expertise and forward-looking perspectives to enable the client’s HR and business strategies while further developing our methodologies and tools in the area of HR Transformation
  • Assume responsibility in the acquisition of projects (build up client relationships, elaboration of proposals and sales presentations, etc.) while taking ownership for projects, clients, and junior team members

Requirements

  • You have the courage to try out new things and to keep learning, even if there are setbacks along the way. For this role you also have;
  • A strong academic background (Master’s degree/MBA from a reputable institution or equivalent experience)
  • Extensive strategic experience in Consulting, and in the Human Capital and HR domain with proven experience in the design and implementation of strategic and operational solutions in the HR space
  • Sound knowledge of HR processes, organisational design, HR Transformations, change management processes in the context of an HR Transformation and common HR and HR Shared Services technologies
  • Excellent people management and development skills with a strong focus on team development
  • Fluency in English. German and French are a plus
