In our Analytics Team, you are responsible for consulting, conception and implementation of exciting projects. Through your efforts you help our customers to use the digital channels more successfully and make the right decisions.

Your responsibilities as Senior Digital Analyst & Senior Web Analyst:

• Advisory support of the customer in his analytics strategy
• Technical and organizational conception and implementation of reporting and analysis solutions
• Conducting training and workshops (e.g., KPI workshops)
• Creation and further development of key figure cockpits (dashboards) and quality assurance (testing, controlling)
• Quantitative and qualitative analysis of the database as a basis for optimization suggestions for the customer

Your Profile as a Senior Digital Analyst/Senior Web Analyst:

• Specialist in web analytics with experience in implementing and operating Analytics tools
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS, basic knowledge of JavaScript and Excel know-how
• Fun with numbers, data, metrics and the technical background of the online world
• Good oral and written expression in German and English
• High customer orientation and no fear of customer contact
